I notice O.T. spelling 'Bu ta (final line of scan no. 6). This almost seems to be a enumeration / rnam grangs text, with mostly listings of things numbered in fives, although tantra is quite evident. Can be challenging to read due to wadding of paper etc. (Dan Martin's Hurried Notes)
